Role Description The STEM and Robotics Trainer role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver interactive lessons and workshops in STEM, robotics, and related technologies to school and college-level learners. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, setting up and demonstrating robotics and drone kits, guiding learners through projects and experiments, and ensuring safe use of equipment.

The trainer will troubleshoot technical issues during sessions, provide feedback and support to learners,



and assist in developing new modules and activities aligned with RoboSiddhi’s educational goals. Collaboration with the academic team, participation in events or competitions, and maintaining training equipment are also part of the role.

Qualifications Solid understanding of Robotics and robot operation, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners.

Hands-on experience with Robotic Welding or similar applied robotics processes, and familiarity with Robot

Ability to perform Troubleshooting of robotics and electronic components during training sessions.

Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices for robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment.

Background in STEM fields such as engineering, electronics, computer science, or related disciplines; degree or certification preferred.

Experience teaching or training learners, with robust communication and presentation skills.

Comfort working in classroom or lab environments, with a focus on safety and inclusive learning.

Familiarity with educational robotics platforms, coding basics (e.g., Scratch, Python, Arduino), and project-based learning is an advantage.
