Job Title: Sr/Project Manager – Corporate Fit-Out

Location: Gujarat We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in corporate interior fit-out projects to oversee end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering office fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate fit-out projects from design coordination through handover.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.

Manage procurement activities and ensure timely material delivery.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Prepare project reports,



progress updates, and risk assessments for management and clients.

Manage project documentation, change orders, variations, and final project close-out.

Ensure successful project handover, snag rectification, and completion documentation Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Experience

15 to 20 years of experience in project management within corporate office interior fit-out projects.

Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial office fit-outs.

Solid understanding of interior construction methods, MEP coordination, finishes, and project execution. Compensation
