Qualification - Scientist and/or PhD in mechanical numerical calculation with a significant experience in the field of expertise
Experience:
Proficiency in Siemens Simcenter (Simcenter 3D, Nastran, etc.) for structural analysis., Finite Element Analysis,
In-depth knowledge of metallic materials (steel, aluminium, titanium, Expertise in composite materials (carbon, glass, sandwich structures, etc.) and their mechanical behavior.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Siemens Simcenter (Simcenter 3D, Nastran, etc.) for structural analysis.
Robust experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
In-depth knowledge of metallic materials (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.).
Expertise in composite materials (carbon, glass, sandwich structures, etc.) and their mechanical behavior.
Ability to model and analyze hybrid metal/composite assemblies.
Familiarity with aerospace or industrial standards related to structural calculations.
Skills in post-processing simulation results (deformations, stresses, modal analysis, buckling,
fatigue, etc.).
Ability to write explicit and structured technical calculation reports.
Analytical and Methodological Skills:
Precision in analyzing and validating simulation results.
Ability to suggest design optimizations based on calculation outcomes.
Critical thinking to assess the relevance of modeling assumptions.
Cross-functional Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with design, testing, and manufacturing teams.
Ability to work in a project-based setting, meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
Assists internal services to ensure technical expertise.
Monitoring of evaluations and tests carried out by customers. Ensuring expertise on returns and proposing solutions.
Act as interface with customers for modulization field.
Proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken.
