Role & responsibilities

Site Execution
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and standards
Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works
Ensure proper work sequence and coordination between vendors

Quality Control
Conduct quality inspections and ensure Olsen standards are followed
Verify TV mounting heights, plug point positioning, junction box covers, exhaust fans, AC testing, paint quality, tile finishing, and glass alignment

Vendor Management
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
Ensure manpower availability and timely completion

Site Planning & Reporting
Maintain daily progress reports and milestone tracking

Material Management
Monitor material consumption, deliveries, and inventory

Safety & Compliance
Ensure protected working conditions and proper closure of concealed works

Preferred candidate profile Who should apply?




Freshers / 02 years’ experience
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Looking for someone who enjoys being in office, pays attention to detail, takes ownership, coordinates effectively, and wants to learn real-world project execution.

What we're looking for
Drawing Reading: Must be comfortable reading AutoCAD layouts, section drawings, and interior elevations. Ability to identify discrepancies between drawing and site execution is essential.
Communication: Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. Kannada will be an added advantage. Must be able to communicate clearly with labour, vendors, and the internal team.
Reporting Discipline: Must be comfortable maintaining daily site reports, checklists, and material logs digitally through the Olsen facility management system.
