Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware and software systems.
Install, configure, and maintain various hardware and software systems, such as email, antivirus, firewalls, and backup systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT systems, including hardware and software, connectivity, and security.
Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, including network connectivity, server uptime, and system availability.
Ensure that all systems are up-to-date with the latest software patches, security updates, and virus definitions.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, including security policies, disaster recovery plans, and data backup policies.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT systems, ensuring proper authentication and authorization.




Provide technical support and assistance to users, including training and guidance on IT systems and software.
Evaluate recent hardware and software solutions, and make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT systems and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:
System Administration and Network Administration skills
Minimum 2 years experience
Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
Knowledge of Information Technology
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in the education field
