You are responsible for:
Plan, develop, organize and manage end to end activities of the department.
Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities.
Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices.
proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the warehouse.
Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities.
Provide on-the- job training to warehouse staff.
Manage warehouse accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly warehouse reconciliation, analysis and related reports.
Monitor and track warehouse and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities.
Capable of handling facility and manpower alone.




Report making CUP/CPK/CPS, Speed/Cost/Reliability.

Qualification:
B-tech or MBA (preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)
6 years of experience in Courier/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and agile setting, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Experience in utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive actionable recommendations.
Commitment to upholding company values and contributing positively to the organizational culture.
