Accelya is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team. As a hands-on senior technologist, you will be a key member of the project team, responsible for the overall solution and design of applications, and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. You will work collaboratively to deliver complete solutions to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign alongside the Business Analyst.
Share best practices and provide consultative support to the Business Analyst throughout the project.
Produce a detailed Solution Design Document that aligns customer requirements with a product-first approach.
Challenge norms and produce out-of-the-box solutions aligning with industry and technology trends.
Participate in training design, documentation, and delivery efforts in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings in the absence of the Business Analyst.
Interface with the development team and provide hands-on guidance where necessary.
Maintain all necessary certifications.
Participate in pre-sales activities.
Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, and methods.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:




Solid and relevant experience in Software Development, Architecture, Business Analysis, and solutions architecture.
Experience with Architecture Patterns, microservices architecture, data modeling, Web/app technologies.
Experience with Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
Solid presentation and communication skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture.
Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
Must demonstrate valuable judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions that optimize architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
Solid time management and problem-solving skills.
Able to work successfully under tight project deadlines and pressure.

Education:
B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent preferred.
