Manage and support the day-to-day US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil US Payroll Experience is must. ADP Global view (SAP) platform experience is mandatory. ADP Ceridian payroll experience will be a plus
complete and timely processing of bi-weekly and Semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using ADP- Workforce now and ADP Pay at Work
Perform Semi-monthly and Bi-weekly Payroll Reconciliation to validate all the payroll inputs
Assist with TA for hourly employees
Process OOS Stock Exercise
Review new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, special pay, etc.
Process and reconcile all deductions, including, 401K, adaptable spending plans, etc.
Responsible for providing the information and coordinating with ADP
Perform ESPP Validations and enrollments/Modification
Research and set up new tax jurisdictions for payroll tax filing
Ensure quarterly/annual payroll tax filings are complete and accurate and filed timely
Collaborate with internal/external partners who also support the equity administration function (e.g., legal counsel, the People Team, etc.)
Record all payroll-related journal entries in the GL
Perform periodic reconciliation of payroll accounts.
Provide prompt, friendly,



and effic i ent customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions and/or the payroll process
Perform year-end activities
Perform payroll analysis
Assist with special projects as needed

What You ll Need
Bachelor s Degree
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience processing US payroll (preferably in-house) in a high-growth, quick paced environment (Canada, Mexico and Brazil payroll experience preferred).
Global View (SAP) Payroll platform is mandatory
Robust understanding of payroll systems, earnings and deduction codes, W-2, W-2C and GL mapping.
Knowledge of Federal and State payroll rules and regulations
Experience with Year-end payroll activities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and react quickly in a quick-paced environment with changing priorities
Effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the company
Individual must be organized, detail-oriented, proactive and energetic
Experience with the following systems is preferred: NetSuite, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Global view, ADP Ceredian.
