Implement and monitor quality control procedures for transformer radiators and other products.
Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality management standards.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Train and guide production staff on quality requirements and best practices.
Conduct audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in customer complaint resolution by investigating quality concerns and providing reports.
