We are a growing construction company handling residential and commercial projects across Kerala. We are looking for a highly active and responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations. Experienced and Freshers candidates are welcome. Accommodation facility is provided by the company.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, workers, and suppliers
Monitor quality, safety, and material usage
Prepare daily site progress reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Requirements
Plus Two /Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
Highly active, energetic,



and proactive attitude
Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
Willing to travel and work anywhere in Kerala
Freshers: Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Experienced: Prior site supervision experience in residential/commercial works
