Stakeholder & Vendor Management Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data center migration projects.

Develop project plans, migration schedules, and cutover strategies.

Coordinate infrastructure,



network, storage, database, and application teams.

Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with ITIL, security, audit, and change management processes.

Prepare technical documentation, migration plans, rollback plans, and handover documents.
