Role & responsibilities
Work with the relevant divisional teams and confirm that all garments which are produced, technically viable for design and quality parameters as specified by the customer.
Effectively advise and communicate with the category heads on production difficulties make sure constructed as per specifications and meets the performance criteria.
Conduct relevant meetings, forum to address all technical issues and to communicate all findings and best practices among the team.
Direct the team to follow the correct methods/ techniques and to maintain required quality standards.
Support the technical team from garment technology to product engineering to enhance their, competencies, management skills and leadership.




Lead the Quality Systems and Product Integrity team in the way that all duties, required standards are fulfilled on time.
Planning function for the entire product development.

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience.
Knowledge on garment fit and construction.
Knowledge on different technology platforms.

Example: Printing/extrusion/bonding/moulding/ injection moulding.
Knowledge on the business strategies/ priorities/ policies/ and competitive advantages
Understanding on global market behaviour relevant to our technology.
Bachelors degree in garment technology or other relevant field
