Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is seeking a Technical Officer to support public health programs through data management, analysis, monitoring, and reporting. The role requires working closely with government stakeholders and program teams to generate actionable insights, track program performance, and strengthen evidence-based decision-making for health initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze health program data from multiple sources.
Monitor state and district-level program performance using key health indicators.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis, triangulation, and interpretation.
Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Identify trends, gaps, and prospects for program improvement.
Support implementation and operationalization of public health programs at field level.
Collaborate with government departments, healthcare institutions,
and project teams.
Contribute to health system strengthening and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Management, Biostatistics, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in health data management, analytics, monitoring & evaluation, or public health programs.
Experience working on state or national-level health initiatives preferred.
