Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses and programs.
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fee structure, schedules, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Assist students with general queries before and after admission.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, email, etc.).
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Solid follow-up and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
