Accelya is seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, business analysts, and senior stakeholders to craft end-to-end architecture for complex systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable architecture solutions.
Design end-to-end technical architectures across systems, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
Define solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.).
Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment to the architecture and timely resolution of technical challenges.
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to meet business and technical needs.
Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and impact assessments for proposed changes or recent initiatives.
Ensure architecture compliance with regulatory and security standards.




Work with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to optimize deployment architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud/on-prem environments.
Mentor developers and junior architects to build architectural thinking within the team.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends; assess their relevance and potential impact on the organization.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record in designing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.

Technical Skills:
Solid expertise in architectural patterns, cloud-native designs, APIs, and microservices.
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and security practices.
Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools (Java/.NET/Node.js, containers, Kubernetes, etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

Soft Skills:
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and influence decisions.
