What we're looking for

Must have:

Robust JavaScript/TypeScript, with production experience in Node.js

Should know flutter for mobile development

Should know python for scripts, data work and background jobs

React — you can build real, stateful interfaces, not just static pages

AWS deployment experience — EC2 or containers, RDS, S3, IAM, and setting up CI/CD without hand-holding

Comfortable with Git-based workflows — branching, pull requests, meaningful commits, code review

Ability to write clean, maintainable, documented code and explain the reasoning behind your choices.

Positive to have:

Prior work on business systems — HR, payroll, ERP, CRM or workflow applications

Solid relational data modelling and SQL; you can design a schema that survives changing business rules

Experience with Google Apps Script and the Google Workspace APIs

Experience with scheduled/cron-driven systems and background jobs

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
