Location: Remote (India-based) | Hours: US client hours, ~8 hrs/day, 5 days/week About the Role DUSQ is an evening wearable supporting sleep via autonomic nervous system regulation, backed by an in-house Sleep Coach Program. As a Sleep Coach, you'll manage a personal caseload of users — running structured check-ins, interpreting device/tracker data, guiding behavioural change, and escalating clinically relevant issues to our Senior Consult Tier or the user's physician. This role does not prescribe or modify medication.
What You'll Do • Guide sleep hygiene, wind-down routines, and CBT-I-based behavioural interventions • Review supplement stacks, evening nutrition, and document (not modify) medication interactions • Interpret DUSQ and third-party tracker data (Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, etc.)
and sleep architecture trends • Document medication history and escalate clinical red flags appropriately • Run weekly video check-ins; stay reachable via the DUSQ platform (24-hr response time) Who We're Looking For Open to a range of backgrounds:
Counselling / Clinical Psychologist — M.A. (RCI-recognised); • CBT Therapist — RCI-licensed, formal CBT training • Rehabilitation Psychologist — M.Phil/PGDRP • Occupational Therapist — BOT/MOT, NCAHP or RCI registered • Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist — IDA-registered or MSc in Clinical Nutrition/Dietetics, 2+ yrs experience; solid healthcare and supplement knowledge, solid communication skills, experience with international (US) clients preferred • Neurophysiology Technologist — BSc + sleep lab/PSG experience preferred Valuable to have: M.Phil (Clinical/Rehabilitation Psychology), CBT-I certification, wearables/health-tracking experience, prior caseload-based work
