Design, implement, configure, and maintain the Varicent ICM solution.

Collaborate with business clients and other Finance technology onshore/offshore team members.

Build and maintain reports in Varicent.

Build recent calculations and modify existing calculation configurations based on the requirements or changes in compensation plans.

Work with Business directly on feature requests and change requests.

Solicit and clearly document business requirements to be developed by yourself/team.

Interface with other development teams as required.

Comply with departmental processes and procedures while strictly adhering to standard firmwide SDLC policies.

Support, maintain, and document application functionality, software testing and quality assurance.

Participate in design/code reviews and project planning.

Ensure key technical and implementation risks are understood and addressed.

Willing to learn recent technologies and methodologies related to software development.
