Monitor PTA, DAM, and SSL Offloader health and alerts.
Perform initial troubleshooting using SOPs and runbooks.
Monitor SSL certificate expiry and traffic performance.
Verify DAM/PTA agent functionality and policy enforcement.
Handle user access requests and access modifications.
Maintain incident records, troubleshooting logs, and documentation.
Escalate critical issues to L2 teams as required.
