Role Description This is a full-time, in office Team Lead role based in Kharkhoda.

The Team

Lead will oversee daily operations of a recruitment or support team, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure service quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include guiding team members, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring adherence to processes and platform standards. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, preparing regular reports,



and contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and customer experience.

The Team

Lead will also assist in training new team members, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative, accountable work culture.

Qualifications
Strong team leadership and people management skills, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
Experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR processes, with familiarity in candidate screening and job matching.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including basic data analysis, reporting, and use of applicant tracking or CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work on-site in Kharkhoda, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred.
