Roles and Responsibilities

1.Travel & Logistics Management
End-to-End Booking: Execute and oversee employee travel requests, including hotel accommodations, and ground transportation (cabs).
Query Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing real-time solutions via phone and email.
User Enablement:



Provide "case-to-case" training and technical support to employees on navigating internal travel portals.
Financial & Vendor Oversight
Audit & Compliance: Meticulously verify travel invoices against bookings to ensure accuracy before submission for payment.
Vendor Relations: Maintain skilled and effective communication with service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Policy Stewardship: Ensure all bookings align with company travel guidelines, escalating deviations when necessary.
Operational Excellence
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports of travel spends and booking patterns.
Shift Flexibility: Participate in a rotational shift roster to provide continuous support to the workforce
