Job Summary:

Leads and manages outsourced storage and backup services across file, block, and object platforms. Oversees complex file share and quota/ACL designs, data migrations and cutovers, SAN LUN/zoning/masking and replication design, and S3/object storage governance. Acts as senior escalation point for storage incidents, mentors the team, and partners with architects, vendors, and service owners.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates solid expertise with file services, including complex share structures, ACLs, and quotas;
Demonstrates solid experience with SAN/block design, RAID, tiering, multipathing, zoning, and masking;
Demonstrates hands-on experience with storage migrations, replication, and DR for critical workloads;




Demonstrates proven ability to troubleshoot complex performance and stability issues across hosts, fabric, and arrays;
Demonstrates proficiency with scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for provisioning and reporting;
Demonstrates practical experience operating within ITIL-aligned incident, change, problem, and capacity processes;
Demonstrates robust communication and stakeholder management skills, including vendor coordination; and,
Demonstrates proven leadership capability including mentoring, team management, and senior stakeholder communication.Role & responsibilities
