Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role at Espiratia is a 3 months unpaid remote internship focused on supporting the organization’s online presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation for various platforms, scheduling and publishing posts, and monitoring audience interactions. The intern will help implement digital marketing campaigns, track basic performance metrics, and support the development of brand-aligned messaging.





Collaboration with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas, maintain a consistent brand voice, and stay updated on social media trends will be an key part of this role.

Qualifications

Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to support campaigns and increase engagement.

Solid Social Media Content Creation skills with a focus on explicit, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.

Foundational understanding of Marketing principles and interest in learning data-driven approaches.

Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and engaging audiences.

Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.

Comfort working in a remote environment, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.

Basic familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
