Role Title: Solutioning Lead Government Business

Location: Recent Delhi

Experience: 10 - 20 years

Role Summary

Lead endtoend solution design for Government opportunities (Central & State). Responsible for crafting compliant, scalable, and competitive solutions across digital platforms, cloud, analytics, cybersecurity, and publicsector transformation programs. This includes driving technical responses for RFP/RFI/RFQ/GeM and collaborating with crossfunctional pursuit teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture, design, and articulation for large Government bids.
Own technical sections of RFx responses including solution narrative, architecture, BOQ/BOM inputs, and compliance matrices.
Collaborate with Delivery, PreSales, Architecture, Domain SMEs, Finance, Legal, and OEM partners.
Ensure alignment with GoI security/compliance frameworks (CERTIn, DPDP), and feasibility of solution delivery.
Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions,



and technical presentations.
Support integration, multivendor governance, and feasibility assessments for largescale eGovernance programs.

MustHave Skills
Robust solutioning and presales background for Government sector RFx (RFP/RFI/RFQ/GeM).
Experience in designing scalable solutions for large digital public platforms, cloud, data, and citizenservice systems.
Deep understanding of GoI frameworks, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and multivendor integration scenarios.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and proposalwriting skills.

Preferred Background
Experience with MeitY, NeGD, NIC, or multivendor eGovernance ecosystems.
Certifications in architecture/cloud/cybersecurity (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, Secure) are a plus.
