Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution across teams.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership review.
Lead sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting key business priorities and initiatives.
Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and priorities with solid judgment and efficiency.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, and follow-ups.




Track and ensure closure of action items from leadership discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in decision-making through structured analysis.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or startup operations.
Experience working with senior leadership is a plus.
Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Google Workspace.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
