Hands-on Experience with Primary - NetApp CDOT(ONTAP)- strong on CLI, Secondary - EMC Isilon, Unity, ECS and should have ITIL Process
Valuable Experience in both SAN and NAS Workplace and Manage zoning, troubleshooting, upgrading on Cisco Switches and Broadcom Switches.
Experience in NetApp Build and Migration from NetApp to NetApp and also EMC to NetApp Devices.
Positive work Experience in handling Provisioning, Troubleshooting, performance in SAN & NAS.
Experience in DR Testing, configuration and need to have experience in DR Activity
Plan and Execute Upgrading Storage Arrays(NetApp & EMC)and Switches.
Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting and RCA using tools like NetApp ActiveIQ, OCUM and System Manager.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
Good to have knowledge on Storage Grid, ECS and Veritas NetBackup
