Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of content across social media platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, assisting with basic graphic assets or coordinating with designers, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages under guidance, and updating content calendars. The intern will help track performance metrics, contribute ideas for campaigns,



and support social media optimization efforts to improve reach and engagement.

This is an internship role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to learn and apply best practices in social media management and content strategy.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and improving brand presence across platforms.

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to support planning content calendars and aligning posts with campaign objectives.

Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), basic analytics, and current social media trends.

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative setting.

Enrollment in or completion of a program in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
