Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and real estate consultants.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful bookings.
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth documentation and booking formalities.
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required customer documents.
Maintain daily reports on sourcing activities, client meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and booking targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
