Sourcing Executive to manage vehicle procurement, vendor development, and sourcing operations. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring the timely availability of commercial and refrigerated (reefer) vehicles while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of commercial and refrigerated (reefer) vehicles.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted supply and service.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Coordinate purchase orders, procurement schedules, and timely vehicle deliveries.
Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, cost, delivery, and service levels.
Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable statutory requirements.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational and business requirements.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications &
Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or fleet/vehicle procurement.
Prior experience in commercial vehicle or refrigerated (reefer) vehicle sourcing will be an added advantage.
