Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Pack bakery products and prepare orders for takeaway.
Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Refill displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
Monitor product freshness and report low stock levels.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Support the bakery team with general daily operations as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, bakery, café, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Honest, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if required.
Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and card payments.
