Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Sourcing

Source potential buyers or sellers through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and field visits.

Identify new market prospects and contribute to the development of sourcing strategies.

Conduct market research to identify potential properties or clients.
Channel Partner Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and broker networks.

Onboard new partners as per company guidelines and train them on project details, pricing, and commissions.





Ensure partners are motivated and actively working on lead generation.
Client Coordination

Coordinate with potential clients for site visits, documentation, and follow-ups.

Gather client requirements and ensure proper lead qualification before handover to the sales team.
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain a database of channel partners and leads generated.

Provide daily/weekly reports on sourcing activities, visits, and conversions.

Ensure all documents, agreements, and onboarding forms are correctly maintained.
Market Intelligence

Gather and report insights on competitors, market demand, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

Identify localities with high growth potential and upcoming demand.
