Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Social Media Manager and Content Strategist. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and managing day-to-day account activity.

The Social Media

Manager and Content Strategist will monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and refine strategies to meet engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness goals.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging, overseeing community management and responses, and staying current with social media trends, best practices,



and platform updates.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and develop platform-specific strategies.

Solid content strategy and planning skills, including editorial calendar creation and campaign ideation.

Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing assets, with attention to brand voice and clarity.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs, optimize performance, and present insights.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO basics, paid social, and lead-generation funnels.

Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing for agencies or tech companies is preferred.
