Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and attracting qualified candidates for positions across BPO, EdTech, Banking, and related sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include using various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to build talent pipelines, screening profiles, and coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

The Sourcing

Manager will maintain and update candidate databases, track sourcing metrics,



and continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve quality and speed of hiring. The role also involves market mapping, competitor research, and ensuring a professional and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications
Strong candidate sourcing skills, including experience with job boards, social media platforms, skilled networks, and referral programs.
Ability to conduct thorough candidate screening and initial assessments to align profiles with client requirements.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and basic recruitment analytics tools.
Knowledge of recruitment practices for BPO, EdTech, Banking, or similar high-volume hiring environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition are an advantage.
Prior experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally within an agency or RPO setting, is highly desirable.
