Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Tableau Next Consultant with deep expertise in Data 360 and Tableau Next to drive end-to-end analytics solutions.

The role focuses on building a unified semantic layer and enabling advanced, AI-powered analytics through Tableau Next, with strong exposure to Agentforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Tableau Next analytics solutions

Design, Implement & Own Semantic layer on Data 360.

Own Data 360 implementation – data ingestion, modelling, identity resolution, segmentation

Define and implement Data 360 as the foundational data layer for Tableau Next

Integrate Agentforce capabilities to enable AI-driven insights and automation

Drive end-to-end solutioning from business requirements to deployment

Establish best practices for governance, performance, and scalability

Act as a consulting lead, engaging with business stakeholders and leadership

Mentor team members and guide delivery execution

Mandatory Skills





7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem / Data & Analytics

Proven hands-on experience in Tableau Next & Data 360 implementations

Strong expertise in Tableau Next / Tableau Cloud (dashboarding, performance tuning)

Positive understanding of Agentforce (AI/automation use cases)

Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data pipelines

Experience in integrating enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, APIs)

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (mandatory)

Required Certifications

Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Highly Preferred)

Salesforce AI Specialist (Agentforce)

Key Requirements

Must have delivered at least one end-to-end implementation in:

Tableau Next

Data Cloud (Data 360)

Robust consulting and solutioning mindset with focus on business outcomes

Experience in stakeholder-facing leadership roles

Soft Skills
