Role Description The Spoken English Trainer will deliver high-quality, interactive classroom sessions focused on improving learners’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English. This full-time, in office role in Jaipur includes planning and structuring lessons, preparing teaching materials, and conducting practice activities that build learners’ confidence and fluency. The trainer will assess language levels,



provide constructive feedback, and track progress through regular evaluations and mock tests.

The role involves supporting students preparing for study or work abroad by integrating practical communication skills and exam-oriented speaking practice. The trainer will also collaborate with counseling and coaching teams to align course content with students’ academic and career goals. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills.

Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills for classroom delivery and learner support.

Candidates should possess explicit Writing skills for lesson planning, study materials, and feedback.

Excellent spoken and written English communication, with neutral and understandable pronunciation.

Prior experience as an English trainer, language instructor, or IELTS/ESL coach is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to engage diverse learners, manage groups, and use teaching aids or digital tools effectively.

Robust interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
