Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Office Administration role located in Kanchipuram. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, organizing schedules and appointments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting team members with administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating logistics for travel arrangements.

Qualifications




Administrative and organizational skills, including recordkeeping, scheduling, and multitasking
Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to handling daily tasks and challenges
Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently while managing priorities
Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is an advantage
Educational background in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related
