We are seeking an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor with expertise in European admissions to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the complete study abroad process, from course selection to visa guidance, while ensuring a high standard of student support. Key Responsibility

Counsel students on higher education prospects across European countries.

Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.

Manage the admission process, including applications, documentation, and offer acceptance.

Guide students on visa documentation and application procedures.

Coordinate with partner institutions and internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Maintain accurate student records and provide regular follow-up.

Stay updated on admission requirements,



visa policies, and education trends in Europe.

Required

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in study abroad counselling.

Proven experience handling admissions for European destinations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.

Preferred Destination

Experience

Germany, France, Ireland, Malta, Poland, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, and other European countries.
