Ideal Candidate
Fresh graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory) or

0–1.5 years of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable making

50–100 candidate calls daily

Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or Internshala is a plus.
Organized and able to manage interview schedules.
Eager to learn about startup hiring.

Responsibilities
Post job openings on hiring platforms.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and referrals.
Screen resumes against job requirements.




Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with offer rollout and onboarding.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Who We're Looking For
Freshers or candidates with up to 1.5 years of recruitment experience
