Role Description The Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality materials and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing supplier performance, negotiating contracts and pricing, and maintaining up-to-date sourcing documentation.

The Sourcing

Specialist collaborates closely with procurement, quality, logistics, and operations teams to support business needs and mitigate supply risks.



The role also involves maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, monitoring compliance with company standards, and recommending improvements to sourcing processes.

Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, pricing, quality, and market trends.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and to present sourcing recommendations clearly.
Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms, manage agreements, and maintain supplier relationships.
Experience in Procurement, including vendor selection, purchase order management, and cost optimization.
Exposure to Recruiting or vendor onboarding processes to identify and qualify new suppliers.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
Working knowledge of ERP or procurement software and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar analytical tools.
Ability to work in office in Ghaziabad, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to ethical sourcing and compliance standards.
