Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic (teachers, principals, academic coordinators) and non-academic (operations, administration, and support functions) roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role specifications and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and candidate communication.
Manage offer discussions, documentation, and hand over selected candidates to the onboarding team.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports with accuracy.
Support bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and pan-India recruitment campaigns.




Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and compliance with internal hiring processes.
Contribute to building a solid employer brand through effective candidate engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Human Resources preferred.
13 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or service industry.
Experience in hiring teachers or large-scale operational roles is an added advantage.
Solid sourcing and screening capabilities using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
