Role Summary The Talent Sourcer will drive high volume hiring for Shift Managers (SMs) and Store Managers (GDMs) for Domino's stores from Talent Sourcing standpoint. The role involves generating a steady pipeline through portals, direct sourcing, and local market connections.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source for frontline roles (SMs & GDMs) through:
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.)
Social media groups and networking
Direct/local sourcing channels
Create a sustained pipeline to support expansion & backfills.
Support internal recruitment team by building talent pipeline for assigned region/locations
Screening & Assessment
Conduct telephonic screening & schedule interviews.
Closure Management
Achieve monthly hiring targets
Timely documentation for selected candidates.
Manage trackers, and daily productivity reporting.
