Job Summary
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with experience in hiring for engineering, infrastructure, and construction roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for positions such as civil engineers, project managers, site engineers, and quantity surveyors.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and construction roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements (civil, mechanical, electrical)
Source candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and industry-specific databases
Screen resumes for roles such as:
Civil Engineer
Site Engineer
Project Manager
Quantity Surveyor
Planning Engineer
MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate interviews with project teams and technical panels
Manage offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and onboarding
Maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects
Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures
Required Skills
Understanding of engineering and construction job roles
Ability to read and interpret technical resumes
Robust sourcing and headhunting skills
Valuable communication and stakeholder management
Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business / Engineering preferred)
2–6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
