Store Executive Location: Bagru,Rajasthan Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full time Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory records, material receipts, storage, dispatch coordination, and stock reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management and store operations, ensuring accurate stock records and smooth material movement.

Key Responsibilities • Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity, quality, and documents against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issue records, and store documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, tools, and other store items in ERP/software.
Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate dispatch of materials to project sites as per requirements and schedules.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and preservation of materials.
Follow FIFO practices and maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
Track material movement between vendors, warehouse, plant,



and project sites.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Support audits by maintaining accurate stock records and documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Projects, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow.

Requirements • Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Store Operations, Inventory Management, or Material Coordination.
Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Steel, EPC, or Industrial sectors preferred.
Good knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Robust attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
