Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Ludhiana for a Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions. The specialist will monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights and business goals.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and editing copy and visuals, coordinating with design and sales teams, responding to comments and messages,



and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also covers basic digital marketing activities such as assisting with email campaigns, building landing page content, and supporting online promotions and advertising initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan, schedule, and optimize content that supports marketing objectives.

Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of digital advertising (e.g., Facebook and Instagram ads), familiarity with social media analytics tools, and an understanding of current social media trends and best practices are beneficial.

Additional qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, prior experience in furniture, retail, or lifestyle brands, and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment are preferred.
