The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely material receipt and dispatch, and providing uninterrupted material support to production through line-side issuance. The role requires close coordination with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :-
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoices.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials as per company standards.
Issue materials to production through line-side material issuance to assembly and other manufacturing departments as per production requirements.
Maintain stock records in ERP/software and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment of materials.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and other store-related documentation.




Handle inward and outward material movement efficiently.
Maintain proper housekeeping and implement 5S practices in the store area.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and inventory control policies.
Assist during internal and external audits by providing inventory records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for dispatch and receipt of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-
2–5 years of experience in Store or Warehouse in a manufacturing setting.
Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
Experience in ERP software or SAP will be preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Understanding of GRN, material issue, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with 5S, FIFO, and basic warehouse safety practices.

Pay: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
