Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
Issue materials to production, service, and dispatch departments as per requisitions.
Perform daily stock updates and maintain bin cards and stock registers.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of medical equipment and components.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and other store documentation.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages.
Assist in dispatch preparation, packing, and documentation.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
Handle ERP/Excel-based inventory management and generate stock reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality management systems.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Store Management is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in store/warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or medical equipment company.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP inventory software.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace.
