Perform and monitor receipt, handling, and storage of raw materials, solvents, packing materials, consumables, engineering materials, gas cylinders.
Prepare Goods Receipt Reports and perform material issue postings in SAP.
Proper material issuance to user departments as per production plan.
Monitor daily operation and cleaning of stores area as per GMP requirement.
Record and maintain pressure differential, temperature, weighing balance verification, and other operational logbooks.
Conduct periodic stock verification of engineering, packing, and consumable materials.
Valuable communication skill and Cross-functional relationship to coordinate stores activity.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for stores consumables.
Assist in internal, customer, regulatory, and external audits and implement corrective actions.
MIS preparation and daily, monthly report.
Valuable knowledge of Solvent handling and tanker receipt and unloading with Safety norms.
To maintain track record of returnable material Statement/record for engineering material and other goods.
To maintain Engineering stores and receipt and issuance record.
