We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test 3 with 69 years of experience in test automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript for web automation, Karate for REST API/Web Services testing, and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
Perform REST API and Web Services testing using Karate.
Validate application functionality through automated testing.
Execute and maintain regression test suites.
CI/CD Integration
Integrate automated test execution with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and maintain automated test execution.
Testing & Support
Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Execute functional, API,
and regression testing.
Report, track, and validate defects.
Required Skills
69 years of experience in test automation.
Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
Experience in REST API/Web Services testing using Karate.
Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Positive oral communication skills.
Valuable to Have
Brokerage or Stock Plan domain knowledge.
Accessibility Testing using NVDA or JAWS.
Chaos Testing using Chaos Mesh, Chaos Buffet, or Gremlin.
Performance Testing (e.g., Rush Hour).
Additional Requirements
Good communication skills.
Willing to work in the 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM shift.
Willing to work from the client location at DLF Downtown, Tharamani, Chennai.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work workplace.
Willing to work from the office as per business requirements.
