We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about HR, recruitment, and building robust talent pipelines. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate trackers and MIS reports
Support in posting job openings and managing responses
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and process updates
Assist in offer documentation and pre-joining engagement
Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events




Adhere to recruitment SLAs and compliance guidelines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and robust follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate or Pursuing /recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
Available for a full-time internship for the specified duration
