Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, carousels, reels, and videos.
Shoot and coordinate high-quality reels and short-form video content for social media platforms.
Generate fresh content ideas and creative campaigns based on the company's products, projects, and industry trends.
Develop cutting-edge engagement strategies to increase followers, reach, and audience interaction.
Cover company events, exhibitions, client visits, product launches, and behind-the-scenes activities.
Collaborate with the design, sales, and technical teams to create impactful marketing content.
Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and optimise content based on results.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
Experience in reel shooting, content planning, and social media storytelling.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
Experience in B2B, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience managing corporate social media accounts.
Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content calendars, and successful brand growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
